Issue:
Invoice > No invoice found doesn't show up.
Steps:
1) Go to Card Fueling > Invoice
2) Generate Invoice report using filter that will generate report
3) Generate Invoice report using filter that will not generate report
4) Verify both results
Acceptance:
Invoice Report should be generated and displayed. If No invoice is generated, prompt message that there is none to generate or display.
Testing Scenarios
* Previous data on staging table should be clear ourt when no data found in current run
* Generate staging table in parallel with multiple user. if there is error, it should show for each user
