* Issue:
** There is nothing showing the user that the process is still running, though is showing in SQL that the process has not completed.
** Occurring for users in both 18.1 and 18.3 for Rhoads and Reed Oil.
* Steps:
** 1.User running invoice cycle in CF Invoice.
** 2. User enters parameters and clicks Run
** 3. Invoices populate
** 4. User opens invoice
** 5. Shows No Data To Display message
* Requirements:
** Show any errors during generate invoice to end user so they know if there is an issue returned by sql
** Ensure loading messaged always displays while generating the CF Invoice
