** Cannot post a CF Tran with Post Date of 9/27, but transaction Date of 8/30.
** GL Fiscal Year > August Period is closed.
* Requirement
** Should be able to post transactions that were set to a closed period that have a Post Date that is in an open period.

** Get latest backup or Recreate Transaction similar to CFDT-370638
