Issue:
1. Expense Item not converted from origin when card for own use is checked.
2. Hold Card Transactions is checked, and should not be.

Steps:
1) Go to System Manager > Imports and Conversion
2) On Card Fueling portion, click 'Import Origin Card Accounts'
Acceptance:
Should import Card accounts and details from origin without error
