** Tax Group did not convert from Origin Location into i21 Site
* Steps:
** Go to System Manager > Imports and Conversion
** On Card Fueling portion, click 'Import Origin Base Setup'
* Acceptance
** Use tblSMTaxXRef to find match of cflocmst fields to set CF Site Tax Group
*** cfloc_state + cfloc_auth_id1 + cfloc_auth_id2
