Issue:
Imported Card Fueling setup from origin, items are missing in Items tab of Network setup.

Steps:
1) Go to System Manager > Imports and Coversion
2) In Card Fueling Portion, click on 'Import Origin Base Setup'
Acceptance:
Should be able to import CF setup from origin
