* Requirement
** CF to send Quote Tax Exempt indicator to AR Tax Exempt SP
** When CF Account > Apply Tax Exemptions = Yes,
*** Send this indicator to apply all applicable exemptions for the customer regardless if there is a match on card # or vehicle#
** When = No, then do not charge any exemptions.
