** CFN Import file provides a Transfer Cost excluding taxes, and a total taxes per unit.
* Requirement
** On Import Add import Cost + Taxes to store as Network Cost
** Update any Field Mapping Changes to be part of the standard file format for CFN Network Cost
** This should not have any impact to PacPride Transfer Cost format or calculations.
