* Objective
** Map CSU Card Types to i21 Card Types
** Set Card Types when adding New Cards during CSU import for data consistency.
** Also required to ensure that card types for vehicle errors work consistenly.
* Requirement
** Network > Card Type Tab
*** Add new Column for CSU Card Type that is optional
*** Make Drop Down:
**** S = Single
**** D= Driver
**** V = Vehicle
*** Currenly CSU for CFN and PacPride user can only have values of S, D, V
** Import from CSU > Set Card Type from CSU Card Type
*** If CSU Card Type in i21 matches Import Card Type
**** Then Set Card Type on added record
**** Unlikely to have more than one record that matches, but if it does, it is ok to take top 1.
