** Consistently show taxing on quotes to customers.
* #1 Tax Exemptions on Quote
** Site must have a Tax Group setup in order to calculate exemptions
*** Sites without tax groups do not have full taxes stored in Network Costs
** Apply Account Setting "Tax Exemptions to Quote" as follows
*** If No
**** Then Do not apply any exemptions to the quote
**** Add Message to Screen Header or Quote Header Comment:
***** "Quoted Price is Fully Taxed"
*** If Yes
**** Then Apply Customer/Card/Vehicle exemptions to the quote
***** Note - Quote does not include Card or Vehicle information
***** Need to consider any Card and Vehicle Exemptions on the transaction as if they were matched.
**** Add Message to Screen Header or Quote Header Comment:
***** "Tax Exemptions applied to Quoted Price"
* Issue #2 - Pricing on Remotes with Group Adjustments to be correct.
* Issue #3 - Net Price and Taxes are rounding
** Should show full 6 decimals
* Issue #4 - Exempt Taxes should not show up in the tax detail.
