* Issue
** Quoting on the Fly and via Portal have the option to search by Single Site or by City/State.
** There could be long time when quoting multiple products and sites.
* Requirement
** Apply all of the following to CSR Quoting and Portal Quoting
** Add a Cancel Button
*** While Get Quotes is running, this will allow a user to cancel the quote request before it completes and change their parameters.
** Require a City or State if Site is blank
*** Give Pop Warning message: "Site, City or State is required if requesting pricing."
*** This will prevent a user from requesting a quote for every site in the system.
** When Get Quotes button is pressed and Site is Blank and City is Blank but State is provided.
*** Give Prompt that this may take awhile to quote all sites in a state. Do you want to continue.
**** No will give them option to input a city
**** Yes will continue to search
