Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-221573 - 19.1 - Ability to Track Remote Index at Retail|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-221573] * Objective ** Simplify Pricing Setup by setting Index Type (Retail, Cost, Fixed) to be on the Price Index instead of the Price Profile. ** Ensure that Index Pricing by Site Group Data entry will be used consistently and not mismatch price profiles types pointing to the same index. *** For Example - Enter Index Pricing by Site Group as Retail prices with taxes, but setup a price profile incorrectly as cost index with no taxes.. * Requirements ** Price Index > Add new Field for Type *** Values for Retail, Cost, Fixed ** Price Profile Screen *** Price Basis of "Index" will replace the following: **** Remote Index Cost **** Local Index Cost **** Local Index Retail **** Local Index Fixed ** Index Pricing by Site Group Screen *** Show Index Type next to Index Name ** During Transaction Calculation (Import or Manual Entry) *** Use the Combination of Price Profile Basis of "Index" and Index Type of "Retail", "Cost","Fixed" to calculate pricing. **** This should calculate with the same business rules with the fields were in the Price Profile. **** Retail = Index Price includes full Taxes **** Cost = Index Price includes No Taxes **** Fixed = Index Price includes exact taxes the customer will pay *** Set Transaction Price Basis to "Index" + Index Type **** Example: ***** Index Cost ***** Index Retail ***** Index Fixed ** On Upgrade Convert Existing Data *** Convert Price Profiles Price Basis *** Convert Price Index Type by using Price Profiles to Update Index Type. *** Convert Transactions Price Basis to new Standard Description **** "Remote Index Cost" to "Index Cost" **** "Local Index Cost" to "Index Cost" **** "Local Index Retail" to "Index Retail" **** "Local Index Fixed" to "Index Fixed"
