* Background:
** Voyager does not have an indicator to differentiate between Extended Remote and Local transactions.
** This is causing Local transactions to not be priced properly when we changed to default all Voyager transactions as Extended Remotes.
* Requirement:
** During Import of Voyager Transactions
*** This only applies to Voyager Network
** When Site Exists
*** Use Site Type to set Transaction Type
*** (Note) - a customer will always know their own local sites, and set them up in advance.
** When Site Does not Exist
*** Default to Extended Remote
*** (Note) - New sites are already being added as Extended Remote, so we could add the site first before setting transaction type.
