*Requirements:*
* Ensure Transation Date Only and Time Only fields properly display and export via Excel, PDF, Text, and CSV.
+ *Steps:* +
1. Restore the customers database. See environment for db backup.
2. Go to Card Fueling > Transactions.
3. Go to Posted Transactions tab.
4. Filter Transaction date between 8/1/2017 to 8/31/2017.
5. Filter Posted date between 9/1/2017 to 9/30/2017.
6. Click Excel.
