Description *Background:* Customers coming into the Portal want to be able to see the total taxes collected by type of tax.   Necessary for IFTA tax reporting, where they report how much tax was paid to offset against miles driven.   *Requirements:*   * Add Columns ** Federal Excise Tax ** State Excise Tax ** Sales Tax ** Other Taxes * Utilize Tax Mapping to setup how these fields should be summed together.
