* Objective
** Need the ability for a customer to convert manually miscellanous information as a vehicle.
** Have a customer that is not using 2 card system for (Vehicles and Drivers) but still need an option by customer to be able to put Misc information in Vehicle for tracking purposes.
* Requirements
** CF Account > Add Checkbox Field "Convert Miscellanous to Vehicle"
*** Next to Vehicle Required Checkbox
** During Import of Trans for all Networks/Import Formats
** When Convert Miscellanous to Vehicle = Yes and Vehicle Field is Empty or 0
*** Move Miscellanous into Vehicle Fields and lookup Vehicle
