* Apply only to the content of the following NBS folders and DO Not apply to the root folder that includes Encryption Key files.

* Adjust the ftp Log file to be created with a unique filename on the date created.
** currently created as log.txt
** File should be named as YYYYMMDDlog.txt, example:20170517log.txt
