* Keep Site Address on same page as transaction on page breaks.
** Site Address should trail the transaction details, but only be available.
* Odometer should not wrap, and show a length of 6 digits.
** If needed right justify to only show the last 6 digits.
** Still use full figure on differences between odom readings.
* MPG should only show 99.99 without wrapping.
** If value is less than 0, then show 00.00 instead.
** If value is > 99.99, then show 99.99 instead.
