Steps:
1. Use customer CV environment
2. Make sure you download the heartland files attached in this jira.
* One is the original from Heartland, the other is my modified file verifying the issue on the import.
3. Dealer Credit Cards > New > Select Heartland > Import
4. Select Heartland and browse for the original file.
Issue: Notice that the amounts are not importing.
5. Import again and select revised file (this file does not contain $ sign)
Notice the file will import with amounts.
