Steps to Recreate:
1. Setup a vendor as dealer credit card
2. Make sure to setup a site in company owned and another site in Dealer Site.
3. Create a new record in Dealer Credit Cards. click in site No field. All sites should be in the drop down selection regardless if company owned or third party.
Issue: Missing the company owned site in the site no drop down selection.
