Restore latest backup of clients db. See environment.   2. Look up customer #101380.   3. Look up last service charge.   4. Look up history.   or   + *Actual result:* +   This account (101380) has not been used yet in iRely - it has been non-active for a few years, but was pulled into iRely when they pushed the accounts in from their old system. They just agreed to start doing business with them again. However, 'Last Service Charge' field had 2/28/19 in it. This is incorrect as not only has this account not had any Service Charges billed in iRely, the last transaction they did with them was in 2014.   Long story short, this field appears to be grabbing the date the last s/c was billed for ANY account.   1. Restore my copy of their backup. See environment.   2. Look up customer #101380 last service charge.   3. Calculate service charge leaving customer and status code blank.   + *Actual result:* +   Last service charge gets updated without history and no service charges billed. See attached recording.
