Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-228407 - Message needed for Invoices created from a Sales Order|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-228407]   *Steps to replicate:*   # Using Customer's database, find the specified Customer # Check the setup customer's Message on message tab # Create an Order then process is to Invoice   + *Issue:* +   Ticket entry message is not showing when you process a Sales Order to Invoice.
