+ *Steps to reproduce:* +
1. Restore clients latest backup from fileserver.
Or
2. Access clients environment remotely. See environment.
3. Go to Batch Printing > Invoice.
4. Filter parameter by transaction date from 11/1/2018 to 1/31/2019.
5. Click detail.
6. Look up invoices of customer ODOT - BEND (LUBE, ETC).

Invoices older than December does not show up.

Invoices between the set date range should show up.
