The cause is unknown so we have to investigate.
But there are lots of these transactions
+ *STEPS* +
# Login to POS
# Create a sales or return transaction
## *Set quantity must have a decimal place, ex: 12.23*
# Proceed to payment
# Verify the generated Invoice, Receive Payments and Undeposited Funds
+ *ISSUE* +
If the quantity of a paid transaction has a decimal place, record is not tagged as paid and no RCV will be generated
+ *ACCEPTED* +
Upon processing Sales/Return paid transaction, regardless of quanity value, an RCV must be automatically generated and be displayed under "Undeposited Funds" list
