HDTN-224310 - Sales Report > Trend Report and Comparsion Report Filters do not work

Steps to reproduce:
1. Restore the clients backup. See environment.
2. Go to Sales > Sales Trend Report.
Actual result:
Drop down to select Customer Number or name is not working. While it works on source, it does not on clients db even upgraded to 18.3.0125.679.
