[HDTN-223145 - Refunded Credit Memo still reflects as credit|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-223145]
Steps:
1. Take note of the customer's Regular Credit before doing another Credit Memo

2. Create a Credit Memo then refresh the Customer Inquiry. Check the Regular Credit.

3. Process the Credit Memo to Refund and Post the Pay Voucher. Refresh Customer Inquiry and check the Regular Credit.
BUG: Regular Credit did not decrease. It should decrease since the credit has been refunded.
