Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-223145 - Refunded Credit Memo still reflects as credit|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-223145] Steps:   1. Take note of the customer's Regular Credit before doing another Credit Memo   !pastedImage_d110405_0.png!   2. Create a Credit Memo then refresh the Customer Inquiry. Check the Regular Credit.   works good.   !pastedImage_d110405_1.png!   3. Process the Credit Memo to Refund and Post the Pay Voucher. Refresh Customer Inquiry and check the Regular Credit.   BUG: Regular Credit did not decrease. It should decrease since the credit has been refunded.   !pastedImage_d110405_2.png!
