Steps:
1. Take note of the customer's Prepaids before CPP

2. Create a CPP through RCV screen.
3. Take note of the prepaids after CPP

the prepaid increased by $600 so that's good.
4. NSF the RCV that created the CPP.
BUG: the Prepaid amount did not get reduced.
