Currently Autofueling tax exception transaction reports print the custoners FED TAX ID and state Tax ID and any State Excemption ID on the tax exception report.
This is used for tax reporting and is needed in any Audit.
Per AFS Customer request "The tax exception reports attached I use to prepare the tax refund claim forms. In autofueling we had this report to generate including the federal id and state tax id. Can I generate a separate report with each tax exempt customer listed and including their address and tax id numbers? I feel certain at some point the state and/or irs will ask for the info."
