1. Restore backup. See environment.
2. Pull up invoice 52610.

3. Pull up the same invoice from Tax Report Grid.

Tax rate is rounded off to 0.16.

Tax rate should be showing the exact tax that was charged. Increase the decimal to 6 if possible. Since other tax rates have 6.
