1. Restore backup. See environment.
2. Upgrade backup to 18.3.1206.524 in reference to the fix of http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/AR-9501

Emailed statements are NOT showing up on the Email History log in System Manager.
Please provide a patch to deploy to client.
*Testing Inputs:*
Everything that we get to email in Sales, should show in the Email History Log.
