1. Restore backup. See environment.
2. Upgrade backup to 18.3.1206.524 in reference to the fix of http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/AR-9501
+ *Actual result:* +
Mail Sent indicator is incorrectly showing them all as not sent when a number of them have been.
