+ *Steps to reproduce:* +
1. Restore backup. See environment.
2. Pull up RCV-27651 and unpost.
3. Redo payment to make sure that amount due is 0.00 and repost.

It doesnt matter whether I select the overpayment or enter the payment manually. It also doesnt matter if I reload the customer.
