MVVM: No renderer on helpdesk tab

Description Encountered in 15.11.0309.95.   + *Steps* +:   1 - Open a Customer record, then go to Setup tab > Help Desk tab.   2 - In the grid, select a Product and Version.   + *Issue* +:   - the field is showing the product id instead of the product name.   + *Acceptance* +:   - Product field should show the product name.
