[Invoice] - Inventory Impact checkbox is not enabled upon importing via energy trac integration

Description Set up in Company Config is Energy Trac Integration   *Steps:*   1. Energy Trac > Import > Select Driver to process and click process   2. Import result should display transactions created > Click Invoice No. hyperlink > Should created invoice with type tank delivery   *Issue:*   Inventory Impact checkbox is not enabled   *Acceptance:*   Inventory Impact checkbox should be enabled by default
