Encountered in 15.11.0302.71.
+ *Steps* +:
1 - Create a new Customer Contact. Give it a Portal Access. Do not change anything on Portal Permissions tab.
2 - Close the record.
3 - Reopen the record then go to Portal Permissions tab.
4 - Click the Enable All button. Issue is encountered.
5 - Save and Close the contact, then reopen it. Issue is encountered.
+ *Issue* +:
- Contact menu is checked when Enable All button is clicked even though User Type is set to User.
