Description Encountered in 15.11.0226.61   + *Steps* +:   1 - Open a Customer Contacts record.   2 - Check the Portal Access checkbox then Save the record.   3 - Click the Change Password toolbar button.   + *Issue* +:   - the screen is not opened. There is also a console error.   !pastedImage_d33427_0.png! + *Acceptance* +:   - should open the Change Password screen.
