When Contract is set to Destination Weights & Grades, contract status should remain open until Destination Weights and Grades are entered in Scale.
Currently when a scale ticket is distibuted to a contract set to "Destination Weights and Grades" the contract set to Completed when the ticket is distributed.
+Example+:
Create sale contract with Destination Grades and Weights
Enter Loadout ticket and distribute to contract
Click Destination Weight/Grade
Increase the Tare weight. This will reduce the Net Units
Post
Invoice will be created and Contract should be adjusted to the Destination Weight.

+Customer Process+
Sale Contract is created for outbound barge shipment
Scale ticket is created as barge is filled,
Scale ticket is distributed when barge is filled
A request for a barge advance(Customer Prepay) is sent to the customer before he barge is shipped.
Advance is received within 48 hours (via ACH), the barge is shipped
After the barge is unloaded and graded at destination, a final settlement is sent with the remaining payment
Destination weights & grades are entered on the scale ticket and distributed, contract should be closed at this point if the balance is reduced to zero.
