POS: Unable to complete the Return transaction

Description *POS Returns : {color:#ff0000}Unable to process the Returns successfully{color} (See the attached video for reference)*   *Steps to recreate:*   *1: POS screen, click on SEARCH > FIND SALES RECEIPT* !pastedImage_d105847_0.png! !base64Image_1563951159.gif!     *2: FIND SALES RECCEIPT > select the paid transaction that needs to be return*   *!pastedImage_d105847_1.png! !base64Image_1563951159.gif!*   *3: Click RETURN to go to POINT OF SALE - RETURN screen*   *!pastedImage_d105847_2.png! !base64Image_1563951159.gif!*   *4: Receipt # SR-14 processed for return*   !pastedImage_d105847_3.png!   *5: System prompts "Do you want to return this invoice?" click YES*   !pastedImage_d105847_4.png!   *6: The Point Of Sale - Return screen shows the transaction is being processed, however it does not do anything (tested it, the screen kept showing this for over 8 mins)*   !pastedImage_d105847_5.png!   *7: System won't allow to click Cancel or Close to come out of it, clicked ESC to stop the processing to start all over again or process another transaction*
