Steps:
1. Create a new Credit Memo
2. Add a line item
3. Clicking the Item No dropdown combo box button opens the combo box with no item shown. Clicking it once again shows the item.
Issue: Item No combo box button needs to click twice for it to show available item. Affected screens are Sales Order, Invoice, and Credit Memo.
Acceptance Criteria: Clicking the Item No dropdown combo box button should show the item available for the location.
