POS - Hold doesn't work

Description Steps:   1. login to POS   2. select customer   3. select an item   4. click New/Hold button or Hold button   Issue: nothing happens. WHen Hold is clicked, it at least ask if you want to hold. but nothing happens after clicking Yes   Acceptance criteria: should work and user should be able to hold the transaction.
