1. Restore the clients backup if necessary. See environment.
2. Create a new account. See attached recording of the clients process.
+ *Actual result:* +
1. Status if automatically populated.
2. Error when saving the record. Take note the user is adding an account not deleting an account.

1. Status should not be auto populated.
2. Record should be save.
