Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Restore the clients backup if necessary. See environment.   2. Create a new account. See attached recording of the clients process.   + *Actual result:* +   1. Status if automatically populated.   2. Error when saving the record. Take note the user is adding an account not deleting an account.   !pastedImage_d105008_0.png!   + *Expected result:* +   1. Status should not be auto populated.   2. Record should be save.   Please provide a patch to deploy to client.
