Changing to Bug PM because:
1. When we did AR-1979, we failed to implement the same thing to Receive Multiple Payment. And failed to anticipate the impact to Auto Apply Credits
2. When we did AR-5039, i failed to consider [~concepcion.hayden] 's question as to why there is a filter by location.
