** AR Tax Details are missing for all prior records after a recalc and post.
* Steps to Recreate
** Check tblARInvoiceDetailTax
** Create 2 or more CF Trans and Post
** Unpost 1 CF Tran
** Recalculate CF Tran and Save
** Repost CF Tran
** Now All tblARInvoiceDetailTax is missing except for the transaction just posted
* Need Data Fix to apply to all CF + AR Customers (confirmed 7 have been impacted)
** Should be able to insert Tax Data into tblARINvoiceDetailTax from CF Transaction Tax Table on Calculated Amounts.
