Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Sales \| Activities \| Receive Payments
2. Open a processed (Credit Card) and posted receive payment
3. Click Credit Card \| Void submenu
4. Click OK
5. Check Vantiv Report
* Issue
** A Voided Payment gave a declined error
* Requirement
** Do not void a payment twice
