Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Sales > Sales Order > Select order. (sample:SO-411)   2. Invoice   Issue: Error message on log file. Not sure what this means.   I changed the Sales Order to type "License Only" from "License/Maintenance" and it allowed me to invoice. The issue is only when type "License/Maintenance".   You cannot use the current db for testing. You will need a copy of at least last night. Anytime copy between 8/16 - 8/21 should work if you need db copy.   !pastedImage_d103652_0.png!
