*Steps:*
1. Sales > Import Billable from Helpdesk
2. select a few of the tickets to import.
*Issue:* The pop up will say successful, but the invoices will not actually be created and tickets are still in Billable helpdesk grid.
*Random on which ones would work and not work.
*Remove Rate Type value.
*Accepted* : Billable transaction should be imported.
