1. setup of credit card was moved from company configuration to a more detail level (i.e. Location)

2. So we need to adjust the processing to read from Location first. and if there is nothing configured in location, then get what's in company configuration.
3. Just get the Merchant Id and Password from Location. Everything else, get from Company Config.
