*Scenario 1:*
1. Batch Printing > Select Customer Statement. Use the criteria below.
2. Click Detail
3. Filter Email = No
4. Select all
5. Click Print.
Issue: Error - shown in screen shot
*Scenario 2:*
1. Filter Email = Yes
2. Select All
3. Click Email
*Make sure this works...but be careful not to send it to the customer's actual email address in the database.*

Accepted: Must be able to process printing and sending of email for the statements
