Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Batch Printing > Select Customer Statement. Use the criteria below.   2. Click Detail   3. Filter Email = No   4. Select all   5. Click Print.   Issue: Error - shown in screen shot   *Scenario 2:*   1. Filter Email = Yes   2. Select All   3.
