Steps:
1. Create a contract for a customer.
2. Enter an invoice for the same item setup in contract. Try to remove the contract and sequence.
Issue: It will not allow to unselect contract. The customer does not want to use the contract for this specific transaction.
Requirement:
* Should allow us to create an invoice without applying to contract.
* Should still default contract as it has before.
