* Issue
** Portal Users can access payments history.
** They are able to open up an existing Payment and on the Screen have access to Void the Credit Card.
* Requirement
** A Portal User should not have the ability to void their own payment.
** Recommend removing entire Credit Card Menu from this screen if it is a Portal User.
